The American Friends of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (AFRCO) was formed 14 years ago to help create an annual U.S. presence for the renowned Dutch orchestra and assist the RCO in acquiring quality instruments for use by its musicians. During the Orchestra’s non-tour years, the AF-RCO brings over RCO ensembles, to showcase members of the orchestra as master musicians and teachers in both usual tour cities as well as cities and college towns that would not normally have the chance to share in the “RCO tradition.”
While supporting our goals, our Friends also enjoy access to recordings not generally available to the public and other special benefits. Join our family of RCO fans!
Even if you do not join the Friends, please make sure we have your e-mail and/or postal address so we can send you our e-newsletter and invitations. (Send to: contact@RCOfriendsUSA.org or register for free on the Web site.)
